Hamburg / Ludwigslust – On Thursday (31.01.2019) the VentusVentures Corporate Group invited local companies to an exchange of information. The theme of the evening: Presentation and joint dialogue on the concepts Campus Living & Working Ludwigslust and Technology Park Neustadt-Glewe.
Under the heading “Smart solutions for your business” 30 participants followed the invitation of VentusVentures to Ludwigslust at the Hotel de Weimar. First, CEO Martin Heimes and architect Sven Buck welcomed the guests. These short introductions were followed by a keynote of district administrator Stefan Sternberg who gave a brief insight into economic development in the region.
With “Smart solutions for your company”, the VentusVentures Corporate Group presented an overall concept including three projects. The logistics and production hall Neustadt-Glewe and the technology park Neustadt-Glewe offer companies modern workplace solutions with flexible usage concepts. The project Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten Ludwigslust combines working space with an attractive living environment. All projects benefit geographically from an advantageous location in the immediate vicinity of the A24.
In the subsequent get-together, the participants had the opportunity to exchange information in personal conversations and to deepen the topics.
Already in October 2018, VentusVentures had invited interested seniors, families, and pupils in a three public rounds of talks and presented the project Campus Wohnen & Arbeiten Ludwigslust.
Another event for companies and interested tenants is being planned and is expected to take place in the second half of March.
